Shipping policy
Procedures and guidelines pertaining to the dispatch and delivery of orders:
Shipping charges are based on the weight of the order and the distance, with the final amount presented at checkout.
Orders are methodically processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days (without external delays), depending on the distance it may exceed. In the event of an unforeseen delay that may occur due to factors outside our control, including, but not limited to, postal service disruptions or acts of nature, with your order's dispatch, our team will proactively reach out to you via email or telephone to provide updates.
Should you receive a damaged order, we urge you to contact us within 2 days of receiving the package to initiate a claim. Please retain all packaging material and the damaged items for the claims process.
Our team is available during business hours for correspondence. If you reach us outside of operating hours, please leave a detailed message, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
