Refund policy

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The exchange process starts with you contact us at halostoretwenty24@outlook.com, and requesting an exchange.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged items / wrong order
In the event that you receive an item that is defective, damaged or not the item you ordered (wrong order), you need to contact us within 48hours upon receiving the package with a clear picture of the item aswell as proof of purchase for you to be eligible for a exchange or refund. 

It is the obligation of the customer to open and inspect the order upon reception and to report any unexpected/damaged or wrong item/order etc,) to us within 48hour, for any situation to be evaluate and rectified to your satisfaction, 

Orders and items
All orders are send out between 3 - 10 days, depending on the amount of orders and/or unforeseen events.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like our eyewear and earrings.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
Refunds are only issued on damaged items, returned back to the store.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on a store voucher/gift card. Please remember you need to submit a return request via email, with in 48hours of receiving the order.
